Patrick is a researcher at NORCE, working on data assimilation and optimal control.

He completed his PhD from Oxford in 2015, and has since been a postdoc at NERSC.

He is the main developer behind “Data Assimilation with Python: a Package for Experimental Research” (github.com/nansencenter/DAPPER).
