Gosia is a Principal Data Scientist at Shell Global Solutions International BV. By background she is a mathematician. She started her professional career in academia as a PhD candidate in the applied mathematics department at Delft University of Technology (in data assimilation).

In 2010, she joined Shell as a Graduate Research Reservoir Engineer. She spent the last 12 years in the innovation departments as a technical contributor, and scoping, framing and leading innovation projects. She has gained experience in a variety of technical problems and businesses.

The technical fields of experience include: optimisation, data assimilation, data science, reservoir modelling & management (with focus on closed-loop reservoir management).

In her current role, she manages digital innovation projects for the Nature Based Solutions business
